I took Mim Wacholders Off--Ice System of Skating and it really
helped me out. I'm now working on my counters, rockers, back 3s, on ice
even though I have still an injured right ankle from 4 months ago. I'm
still two footed, but her tips and method of posture and balance have me
have me making progress in speed, positioning and balance. Once this
injury heals over (it's been a bad injury), I will be able to finally
lift that other foot! Full confidence !
Mim's teaching a summer class at Lake Placid. If you want to learn her techniques, this is a great class to take!
